The best!
Dr Norris has cared for me personally, my parents, siblings, friends and relatives. I have nothing but praise for his patience, kindness and more importantly, his skill and excellence! You see, I speak also from a professional vantage point in that I worked alongside him for over 20 years, beginning in 1994 when he brought interventional cardiology to Conway. What most patients never saw/remembered was his knowledge, quick thinking, and skill in the Cath lab and he prioritized patient care above all. I have moved from Conway so now I am faced with finding a new cardiologist without that inside knowledge and pray I find one as good.

He has been my doctor for 22 years. He is very attentive to his patents needs. If I have to wait for a long period of time, I am not disappointed because I know that he is taking care of a patient's heart. When my time comes I know that he will do the same for me. I will be 80 my next birthday and am still alive more than 22 year after his by-pass surgery. Yes, I am pleased that he cares enough to take required time with his patients.

Second appoint for my mother for the same appointment! First visit waited over an hour and never saw Dr. Norris! This visit 57 minutes after scheduled appointment and still haven’t seen Dr. Norris! They took my mother’s copay up front this time so If we leave again they already have their payment! When will Dr.’s realize that the patients time is as important as his “ Dr. Norris” ! Truly unacceptable
