Not a good doctor. Very dismissive, and group was rude. Dismissed my severe issues as basically nothing- 6 months and a biopsy later still dealing with severe issues and seeing new ENT and surgeon.

Superb doctor, kind and freindly
I took my 97 year old mother to Dr Loft as she had badly impacted ear wax that prevented her hearing with her aids. He successfully removed the wax from one ear but explained we would have to use OTC softener for 5 days for the other ear and then return. Then he was able to remove the wax easily from the other ear. Now my mother hears really well again. Dr Loft is kind, freindly and obviously highly competent. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful first visit with Dr. Loft. I was there for sinus issues and jaw pain. His staff was friendly and extremely professional. After just a few minutes of speaking with Dr. Loft, I knew I had come to the right doctor. He explained in detail every step of my exam. He recommended a TMJ professional for me to have a night guard made. I could not have felt more comfortable. Thank you Dr. Loft. I will be a yearly visitor to your office!!

My experience with Dr. Loft and his staff was superb. My wait time was minimal. As soon as I signed some paperwork I was called to an exam room. Dr. Loft did not keep me waiting at all. He was very professional and courteous during my visit. I never felt rushed and all of my questions were answered. My diagnosis and treatment options were thoroughly explained by Dr. Loft. I would highly recommend him.
