Dr. Noya is wonderful! She is caring, does not rush through your appointment, and explained everything in detail. She was able to resolve the neck pain I had been suffering from for over a year after a car accident after seeing several other doctors with no results. I have already recommended her to friends and family.

In the 6 years that Dr Noya has been my PCM I have met her once. She was extremely rushed. The staff turn around is very high, I get acquainted with a doctor or nurse practitioner and then he or she is gone. Some have good experience and others are constantly looking symptoms up on their phones or the internet. It is a hit or miss if you will receive good care. The office staff is friendly but a few are incompetent and make mistakes that the patient must suffer for.

If you just want a Dr. with good bedside manner Dr. Noya is OK. But if you want good care she is most definitely lacking. Her office staff is very poorly managed. I was supposed to have monthly checkups for my condition but on the second checkup I could not get in for 2 months. On my first visit to specifically review a specific test procedure she was not prepared with the results and was ready to dismiss me before I reminded her why I was there. Prescription refills are a nightmare. Much more.

Dr Noya was very good to deal with. Her staff, however, is not at all helpful. The office support people didn't respond to a call from me when I was not responding to antibiotics for strep. It took a week for them to return a call from me and then they misrepresented the message I left. I will not be dealing with them again. It doesn't matter if the doctor is excellent, if their staff doesn't care about providing service, it doesn't work at all.
