Wonderful. She is exactly what you want in a doctor. Listens. Everything she says is gospel. She is not rushed, is thorough, finds out what you need.

Doctor Lau and I go back a long way. She is Amazing, Caring, Professional, Listens..Thank you Doctor Lau for all you do.

Professional, thorough and kind.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This doctor didn’t listen to my concerns at all and was very dismissive. Wanted to debate me on what I felt was best for my care. Wanted to just give me a medicine and send me on my way when I waited two weeks dealing with a severe infection with lots of complications and side effects from a medication. She didn’t want to give me an alternative medication and tried to tell me there isn’t an alternative when there were three others and then she still wasn’t trying to give send that alternative over. My labs came back and I have an app to see my labs and two things were concerning but I found out she does not speak about labs over the phone and I would have to make an appointment to discuss results. The appointment is next which with no urgency. She definitely isn’t a doctor I would recommend and doesn’t care about her patients. I spoke about the pain I was in from a fungal infection and she was like do you want me to send you to pain management because I can’t write those rx here when I wasn’t even asking for pain medication but for someone to address the pain and complications I was having from the infection and bad side effects from medication. Horrible doctor I will not be back. The office is dim and gloomy the nurses and staff members are rude and mainly elderly people are seen here.

Tells you like it is. Sincere and treats you like family.

Dr Lau has been completely professional, thorough and caring in all my visits. I trust her knowledge and experience and am extremely confident with her abilities as my PCP.

She does not listen very well. What she says in room is different than what she does. Changed Dr.

Dr. Lau was very courteous and professional. I was impressed by her level of knowledge and expertise in explaining medical information. I am grateful to have found a physician that is willing to listen and take time which is rare these days. I would highly recommend her.

Nosey and judgemental of patients.

Only making same day appointments makes it very hard to schedule an appointment around work. The Dr. Will not refill my medicine over the phone without coming in for an office visit, yet my work needs a couple days to find a replacement for my shift!! It makes it VERY inconvenient for anyone who actually has a job that requires notice to miss a few hours if appointments can only be made same day! This should be fixed! Also to schedule an appointment took 15 mins on hold! Need to look elsewher

Very indifferent to my elderly mothers care. Doesn't listen. Just goes through the motions. I am done. Takes 15 minutes of holding and being passed around to talk to a live person. Did I say she doesn't listen. Made mistakes in care in my opinion.
