Dr. Ng is the best
I’ve been with Kaiser my whole life and she has to be one of the best physicians I’ve ever had! Previous physicians would blow off my concerns and never really listen to what I was feeling and the symptoms I felt. When I switched to Dr. Ng, she made me feel heard and addressed possible things that could be causing my symptoms. She is very compassionate and really cares about her patients. My health has really improved with her care and I highly recommend her!

Dr. Lillian Ng was a good doctor a few years ago, but every year when I would have a health concern her care would diminish. Up until today, when I showed her results to testing I got which showed that I have heavy metal toxicity. I asked if I could get tested by Kaiser to make sure it’s real, and to discuss a treatment plan. She just responded saying they don’t test that in their facility. She didnt recommend any treatment plan. Also when I hurt my back - it took me ages to get an MRI, and in the end I had two slipped discs. I’m highly disappointed in the lack of care - I feel so unimportant and also feel like I bother her whenever I come to her with a health concern. I sit. I do not recommend seeking care from Dr. Ng.
