I didn't benefit from the care
I didn't feel cared for by Dr. Ruidas or OneMedical. It felt transactional. At every appointment it felt like I was being shoo'ed outta the door as the time scheduled ended quickly and being told that I should schedule a follow-up to talk more. I was not able to talk about my health issues that I've been struggling for with years nor make any progress with any of them. On the plus side, they're responsive via the app and blood tests were speedy.

I would recommend Dr. Ruidas.....my husband and I both go to her. She is knowledgeable, you are never kept waiting and very easy to talk to. Dr. Ruidas makes you feel very comfortable. I love her nurse Apple, soft spoken and very sweet. I also like that she is a "kamaaina"......just a great wahine and Doctor!!

Called in to make an appointment and the receptionist told me to take over the counter medicine because that is what the doctor will tell me.

Do not bother calling this office. They have no concept of customer service. The young lady who answers the phone will constantly interrupt you. When you attempt to speak she will cut you off repeatedly. In the course of a 5 minute conversation she recommended that you call Maui Medical Group on 3 different occasions, I think I will follow her advice and call Maui Medical Group.

Great doctor! I went in for a pre employment physical and i loved it! The staff along with the doctor was so nice and kind. They went over and beyond to help me get my physical sent to my employer and had it expedited. Travelled around the states and this was one of the best offices that I've ever been to!
