Dr. Lilah Mansour, MD

Five stars. The clinic staff is friendly, competent, and efficient without feeling rushed. Dr. Mansour and her team were the same. Dr. Mansour really listened to what I had to say, and took it all into consideration. I did not feel condescension or dismissal, as is common when seeking care as a woman (especially an overweight woman over 40.) I look forward to working with this team to resolve my condition.

I wish all physicians had 10% of her genuine concern for patients. And considering she is a specialist, I was taken aback at how much time she spent with me. She also did a great job of explaining my treatment plan. And, I had a follow-up scheduled before I left, without having to request one for weeks.

She was my doctor in 2017, even then she was always respectful and always listen to my concerns. She is still that way in 2024. Great doctor.

It’s so rare to come across someone that’s genuinely caring and is about the patient. Dr Mansour is such a provider. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

Scheduling an initial appointment to just do an initial meet and consult with the doctor was frustrating and took 3 business days with some back and forth via their text system but after that things went great and I was quite happy with Dr. Mansour and her staff, from the initial meeting through the actual colonoscopy procedure which went smoother and much more comfortably than I'd expected.

De. Mansour is very caring and thorough. She spends a good amount of time with you.

Dr Mansour has a very welcoming yet professional manner. She is attentive to one’s concerns/issues. Additionally, Dr Mansour creates space for questions to be asked and addressed.

Dr. Mansour is one of the few doctors I have had the privilege of having that really listens to you. She also explains, and does not just talk at you. She works with you to find the best care plan possible. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Mansour is so warm, caring and made the whole procedure less stressful as did her team. I drove all the way across town just for her to do my procedure. And I changed insurance companies last year so she could do it. That’s how much I trust her.

As usual the timing and execution was perfect. I was made to feel comfortable and informed. The after procedure meeting was excellent. Everything was explained in terms we understood and we were reassured

Absolutely no follow up, zero communication point you to a patient portal where test results are not posted, email requests are never followed up on for appointments. I’m sure if you want a routine scope or colonoscopy they are fine. If your 21 and have had 20 ER visits for stomach issues, can’t eat, throw up 20 times a day and are the verge of kidney failure and death. They will do a scope and never call you back, never review results and when you inform them of continuing unresolved issue they will completely ignore you. Worst I have ever seen. Thank god we found a GI specialist that actually cares and will help otherwise my son would be dead.

Dr. Mansour is an extremely competent gastroenterologist while also being very personable. She is very good about listening to you and has an excellent bed-side manner; her explanations are concise and very understandable.
