Fixed my deviated septum. Went incredibly smooth and couldn’t be happier. Also was great to talk to before the procedure to put my parents mind at ease.

We went to 4 doctors prior to Dr DeSerres. All were unable to give us a definitive diagnosis. Dr DeSerre was able to provide a diagnosis, determine a plan and perform a successful surgery. Throughout she was professional, knowledgable, confident and a credit to her profession. We saw her in her office, in the hospital and via Telehealth. We would rate her 6 Stars if we could.

Dr. Deserres had provided our daughter with most caring and expert treatment in the midst of a complex and challenging situation. We are forever grateful.

Dr. DeSerres is the best ENT I have ever had in my entire life, After my previous ENT retired, (didnt't seen him so often as I got older, but hated seeing ents as a kid,..), Just a couple years ago, Dr. Desseres phenomenally preformed my much needed tympanoplasty that had to wait 10 years to be done,. she was wonderful throughout he whole process, through pre op consultation, surgery, and post op, and even audiologic needs. She still continues to show me exceptional care and is a wonderful doctor,. She is always busy (which is not a surprise) but is still always there for every single patient whenever necessary. I absolutely love her and highly recommend her if anyone ever needs! She helped me out with getting back in to treating my hearing loss and wearing my hearing aids again, which I would never do if it wasn't for her,..

Doctor seems to over book and does not monitor her staff. I waited 75 minutes to see Dr. DeSerres. I made it known to the receptionist that I was there 20 minutes before the gentleman and his son and I should go before him. She then spoke to the medical assistant or nurse and informed her that she should be taking from the bottom and not the top of the list. The medical assistant continued, proceeded to take the man ahead of my children and I. The viciousness of such act after I advocated for my children and I. My time and my children’s time was wasted 3 hours(3x1). We can never retrieve our time. Time is very valuable for my family and should be respected. There should be no reason for my 10:15 appointment to turn into an 11:30 appointment. I told Dr. Deserres her front desk was incompetent, her response “make sure they have the correct information for you.” Honestly, at that point she just confirmed the practice was trash! I didn’t bother to answer her. Got up took my kids and exit

Dr. DeSerres has taken care of both of my children and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

I’ve been seeing Dr. de Serres since I was a baby and I’m now in my twenties. She is amazing. She’s thoughtful, very personable, and reliable. I’d recommend her to anyone.

Our experience with Dr. de Serres was extraordinary. Our son had abscessed tonsils and a larger, complicated medical history. Dr. de Serres' care was of the highest order, from diagnosis through surgery and follow-up. Her guidance and concern was 24/7 -- unusual in this day and age -- and our son is healing and heading toward a great outcome. She's truly a gifted physician and surgeon!

Dr.de Serres has been an amazing doctor for our daughter and we highly recommend her. She brings a wealth of experience and has been a general guide as we sort through some complication that require other specialist. She took the time to understand our unique situation and we will forever be grateful. She has spent a lot of time with us and even came to our rescue in an urgent situation on a weekend. Dr. de Serres is extremely good a presenting all options and then giving her recommendation in a non-pressure scenario.

Dr. De Serres is not only an incredible DR but she is also kind and compassionate and truly has a genuine concern for the welfare of your child. My son was extremely sick with acute tonsillitis and an abscess in his throat with breathing trouble and she acted quickly to resolve his issues and made him smile and eat again within 24hrs. We will forever be grateful for the care she gave!

Dr De Serres has been my son ENT Doctor for 12 years now, she has amazing hands and patient to deal with my son medical history and also saved my son life. I will recommend her to anyone who wishes the need of a ENT doctor like her.

Dr. deSerres was amazing. She took the time to educate my husband and me on our daughter's surgery and made us feel confident and comfortable that she would receive the best care possible, which she did. In this day and age, Dr. deSerres' bedside manner was wonderful and reassuring. Our daughter liked her too and now wants to be a surgeon when she grows up.

I came to Dr. De Serres because my 3 month old son was struggling to Breath. Dr De Serres diagnosed him with Laryngolmacia. I decide on surgery.she performed surg and it was a god sent and she is our hero! My son is doing Beautifully, he coughs a little bit and is spitting up formula but it's only been a little over 24 hours she called me back right away and advised it was normal bc of irritation and mucous. She gave him a better quality of life!THANK YOU DR DE SERRES!
