Dr. Liam Knott, MD

Unfortunately, I never met the doctor. After sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes I got called back and was told the doctor would be right with me. I sat for another 40 minutes until I walked out and said I was leaving because I needed to go to work. I received no reason for the wait nor did I receive an apology or a follow up call to try and make things right. It was very disappointing, to say the least. Not a place I would trust to do a surgery.

Dr Knott performed an emergency surgery on me. He is an excellent surgeon with an outstanding bed side manner!

Dr knott saved my life .he is good in what he does.he also makes feel like we are friends as well as his patient!

Dr. Knott saw my father briefly for a consult. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and generous with his time. He followed up with the referring physician right away and was clear about his recommendation. He kindly had his staff refund my father's co-pay when he realized a misunderstanding had occurred (not on his part). He seems dedicated to his patients and ethically-motivated.

best surgeon I ever had. he explained everything to me and answers all my questions. he truly cares about his patients and has a great bedside manner.

Dr Knott did not explain anything to me I had to ask all the questions and I was hesitant his answers were correct He didn’t return my calls, when I had problems His staff is not very friendly or efficient I won’t return if I ever need surgery in the future

Dr. Knott is the best surgeon I have ever had. He is somebody that loves his job and cares about his patients. He is very down to earth, knowledgeable and knows how to make a patient feel comfortable. I came from Canada to have my appendix removed because back home after putting me on antibiotics they put me on the waiting list without an actual set date. They said we will call you sometime before the summer maybe. Dr. Knott and his team did an amazing job and I was able to go back home the same day. He and his team explained to me everything before the surgery and after the surgery while I was still waking up he approached to my family and told him that everything went well. I had my surgery on Monday and he sent my appendix for pathology right away. On Saturday of the same week Dr. Knott called me from his personal phone to let me know that my pathology is negative and it was just an inflamated appendix. I would like to thank U.S.A , Mercy hospital of Buffalo and the whole team!

Has the best bed side manner.dont find alot of dr like this..Spends his time explaining everything. Great work Dr.liam,dont change the way you are!! My phone acting up all questions are 5 Stars.
