Well explained before. Mercy Hospital greatly updated. Staff excellent. Dr Patterson excellent.

Dr Patterson is very kind and patient. I was impressed my how well he described my options, taking the time to explain risks, recovery time and activities allowed after surgery. I did not feel rushed or that Dr. Patterson was in a hurry. Very nice man.

Dr Patterson and his staff made me feel very comfortable and confident that he was the right Dr for me. Very Impressed with him answering questions about my surgery and his outstanding bedside manner.

Dr. Patterson's professionalism and great personality make my pre-surgerical appointment awesome.

Dr Patterson cares about you his patient. He asked if I had pain after eating chicken wings or any other fried food since surgery. He warned me that I may still not be able to eat that type of food. I followed the soft food diet for first week after surgery, gradually adding normal foods. I had my wings and first time in quite a while I enjoyed them and had no issues afterwards! A great relief. I normally eat a more healthy diet but do allow myself a treat occasionally. He examined my incision and was pleased. Warned me about NOT lifting anything over 15 lbs for a month to avoid a hernia. Very pleased with Dr Patterson and my surgery.

Dr. Patterson explained everything well, easy to understand. Answered all of my questions a d put me at ease.

He was informative and listened and answered my questions and my concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Patterson. He is a great surgeon.

he treats you like a human being and explains what is going on in terms. You can understand where is most actors act like a robot and think you’re supposed to understand what they are talking about. I have never had a doctor like him, explained everything clearly and makes you feel like he actually wants to help you. I would recommend him even over my. Personal doctor. I have had two surgeries done by him, and if I had to have anymore, I would go back to him. I have never had a doctor with a bedside manner as he has.

Dr Patterson is a great Dr! He explains everything very thoroughly. Answers all questions and gives all options. I highly recommend him!!

He has excellent bedside manner and was extremely professional. He made me feel completely comfortable and confident in his abilities within the first few minutes of meeting him. I had the best possible experience with my surgery and recovery.

He was very thorough in explaining my test results and how the gallbladder is supposed to function. He used a chart for better visualization. I had no questions because he covered everything. He is very personable. I felt very comfortable as if I was conversing with a friend or family member.

Doctor was very methodical in explaining everything. Highly recommend!!!!!

Dr.Patterson was wonderful explained to me everything and went over my ct scan with me. He put my mind at ease and is very personable I would recommend him right away

Friendly & professional. Took the time to listen to my symptoms and then we devised a way forward together. He did not force the surgical option. He also explained what to watch for which would indicate further action was needed. Everyone was just great!!

Very compassionate and caring doctor. Spends time listening to your issues and concerns. Does not rush you out of the office. Makes a patient feel truly important. Would never recommend anyone else for surgery.

Professional, caring what more could you ask for in a surgeon. Dr Patterson treated me like family. His bedside manners are wonderful and explains all aspects of your concerns. The surgeon is top shelf.
