Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

I am flabbergasted by the negative reviews. Dr. Leto has gone above and beyond to support my health, my choices, and my needs. She has been my doctor for years.

Dr. Quarles (or, as she introduced herself, Dr. Leto) has been the first doctor I have seen in over 10 years that seemed genuinely concerned about MY concerns rather than her own agenda regarding my care. She listened intently, respected my feedback about medications that have not been effective, and at no point passed me off to a nurse to finish up the appointment, a tactic I am all too familiar with from other doctors. Dr. Leto is never condescending, and I left feeling heard and humanized.

Worst experience I have ever had with a "physician'. This woman does not have any idea how to listen -she judges and uses her position to tell a patient what to do, not taking into consideration the free will of the patient. She loves to throw her weight around because she thinks she can order a patient what to do because she is a "doctor" . She has no idea what a real caring doctor should be. I would never see Quarles under any circumstance even if she was the last medical person on this earth.

Went in as a new patient to see Dr. Quarles for a few concerns and was basically told to look up other specialty providers and make appointments with them. She didn't even refer me to anyone specifically. She also refused to write a prescription for a medication that I have been taking for quite some time. Complete waste of my time. Will not be going back to her.

Recently I met with Dr. Quarles. I found her attentive, unrushed and thorough in her explanation of my condition. She addressed my medical condition without automatically prescribing a drug. I am most pleased.

My pharmacy sent 6 subscription refill requests to Quarles and heard nothing back. I called afterhours to get in touch with a nurse that assured me that Quarles was still in the office and my subscription would be out by 7pm. I didn't trust them so I had my pharmacy call. The office told my pharmacy that it was the end of the day and hung up on them. I'm not comfortable going to work without treating my depression and the office hasn't answered their phone in the past 30m. Terrible experience.

My visit with Dr. Leta was shocking to say the least. She didn't listen to what I had to say, cut me off and laid out an outline of the way I needed to share my symptoms with her. I wasn't able to express what I wanted to express. My visit with her was interrupted by their IT guy, who walked in on my visit. How unprofessional is that? When I called back to say that I had changed my mind as far as having her as my PCP, the staff was extremely rude. Horrible experience and very demeaning.

Wonderful patient rapport. Great experience with Dr. Quarles. Office staff seems frazzled and always running late. Logistics issue, not quality of care.

I was scheduled for an appointment with Dr. Quarles when my primary care was completely booked and I had an urgent matter. Though my wait time was long, I felt that Dr. Quarles really listened after a very long day, and she gave a reasonable recommendation.
