I am sorry to say I have had negative experiences with this doctor office. I did not pay attention to the negative reviews because I wanted to have my own experience. I did meet with the doctor once and she was nice. The office was clean and staff friendly. However, I had to call with a question on my medication. I left a message with no call back so I called back again with no response. I called a third time and was put on hold for over 20 minutes while they waited for the doctor to respond. The staff explained that they have moved to a new system and apologized for the wait but if I had not called back SEVERAL times, I would not have any of that information. I still do not have any answers or assistance.I was also told I had to make an appt for something that should have easily been addressed via a call. It seems there is no urgency around helping patients and am currently working through my insurance to make a teledoc appt for med refill while researching a new primary care.

Couldn't be bothered
She was 45 minutes late to the office (I was first patient of the day). I was there for yearly medical check up. She listened to my lungs. No blood draw or urine testing. This was to renew my meds - really! She glanced at my chart and sent in another years works of RX. She could have done that with a phone call. First time seeing me as her new patient. Nope, won't be seeing her again.

I came to the office for my Annual checkup. I was asked the most stupid questions (have I been depressed, have I felt anxious, have I felt pleasure, etc.) and then no physical contact. How can this we considered a physical? I've had pain in my ears for about 3 weeks and I asked here to examine them. She said there was nothing wrong with them. I have scabbing inside my ear channel and ear drainage but there's nothing wrong???? I'll have to schedule a trip to the ER just like I did when I tried to schedule an appointment about 2 months ago and was unable to.
