I did not even get a chance to visit her because she refused to accept me as a new patient. They refused to tell me why and the only thing they asked over the phone in the evaluation is if I had chronic issues, and I told him I had cervical problems.
IMO she just wants easy in and easy out patients. She does not want to put in the work to help a patient out.

Dr. Murphy is extremely professional and courteous. She takes as much time as is needed to understand and evaluate issues. She is very thorough and makes a point to follow up. I recommend her to anyone looking for a great family doctor.

Does not listen to the patient. More interested in telling you what you are going to do vs listening to what you need. Told me, after a colleague diagnosed me with asthma, that I did not have asthma ( without any investigation)d and told me to reduce and quit my asthma medications. This has resulted in several uncontrolled asthma episodes and needless discomfort and risk to me. She has no bedside manner at all. If you are not knowledgeable and aggressive, she will run all over you.

Dr. Murphy always explains everything in great depth and listens to everything I have to say about my health. She takes the necessary amount of time with the appointment, as I never feel rushed. In the past year I have seen her on 5 occasions and the office visits were always comfortable and never rushed.
