Would not recommend
I was early for my appointment and was called back early. I left the building before my appointment time. After a cursory look and maybe two questions, she referred me for a hearing test and walked out of the room. I was still asking her questions and she was standing in the hallway. It really didn't seem like she took my concerns seriously or cared to answer questions. When I got back in touch to see what my next steps were after the test she just said my hearing was normal, even though I still have all the same symptoms and no idea of what my next steps should be. I found her unhelpful.

Doesn’t answer emails for over 45 days. ENT doesn’t bother to follow up. She’s good for cleaning ears that’s about it. Poor answers as well.
