I was scheduled for a procedure and was on the table my back having already been wrapped sterile waiting for him.He comes in like a dynamite exploded saying VERY LOUDly with aggressive tone that he does not feel the procedure should be done.Of course I understand as an MD myself that these do happen. But his rudeness, keep talking down at me and REPEATEDLY not allowing me to talk ….. I wondered if he was having an acute anxiety attack. I did nothing to receive his repeated rudeness

Good team and solid leader!
The staff was quick to check me in and process my initial consultation paperwork and were on time for the actual appointment. When entering the exam room I was heartened by my referral being up on the monitor and the imaging had already been requested and reviewed. They did exceptionally well to get me through X-rays and relevant history, even provided some bottled water. Dr. Moroz was personable, not intimidating, and explained the nomenclature. He empathized and shared his history which really helped to relate to my struggle. The team made sure I had all my paperwork and referral, and were quick to adjust and follow up when I let them know that the first provider was not in network for my benefits. Great experience overall!

Very personable and attentive
Saw me on time. Very personable guy. Listened to my concerns and assessed me. Starting me out with a good conservative plan and we'll take it from there.

Dissatisfied & will not return
Dr. Moroz was rushed and did not listen to my complex & relevant health story. He interrupted me on several occasions to explore his own thoughts without getting proper data from me. His referral was good (for one issue) but most of the visit was dissatisfying. He offered me nothing for my main complaint. I experienced him as very patriarchal and demeaning of my experience and knowledge. I wonder if he has issues with educated women? I will not return to this Dr. nor to the surgeon he was screening issues for. I have found better more respectful practitioners.

Thank you!
Dr. Moroz was very helpful and effective. He explained every process of what he doing and got to the exact nature of my pain. That evening I went home in less pain and woke up the next morning with a big smile on my face and told my husband I was so excited not be in pain. We can think that discomfort or pain is something that will be traumatic when we go to the doctors and it wasn’t, getting a little older and inflammation set in. A simple solution. I am so thankful to Dr. Moroz and his MA Stephanie they just don’t know what they did and how a simple visit made my quality of life less painful and I can do all daily activities with ease. Thank you !

Empathetic Expertise
Dr. Moroz explained everything thoroughly and made sure all of my questions were answered. He alleviated the high level of anxiety I had about my condition by offering knowledge and context. He also did not dismiss my anxiety but addressed it directly and with compassion. (Too often, providers don’t do this.) The care plan was clear and he and his team answered follow up questions right away.

Outstanding Physician
I’ve been having issues in my back for several months which impact my lower leg. I’ve seen two orthopedics and one internist. Dr Moroz was the only person to correctly diagnose and suggest care for my issue. He’s very thorough and has an excellent bedside manner. He takes the time to make sure you understand your diagnosis and which procedures or processes you need to follow going forward. Undoubtedly one of the best physicians to provide treatment for me I’ve ever experienced.

What a doctor is supposed to be
Dr. Moroz was efficient, helpful, enlightening, and most importantly interested in my recovery. He was friendly, but not chatty, and made sure I understood what was important to do next to facilitate my recovery. Excellent physician.

Highly Recommend
This was my third attempt to seek help regarding my back. I had previously been to a general orthopedist and then to a spine specialist. In both cases, I did not feel like my issues were being seriously or adequately addressed and my pain continued (6 months after my initial diagnosis). Dr. Moroz took a lot of time to talk with me, run various diagnostics and imaging, and explain in detail what was going on, what to expect, and how to engage in preventative care. I was highly impressed with Dr. Moroz and the entire staff at Texas Spine. Highly recommend this practice.

Great experience!
Dr Moroz has been successfully treating me for pain off and on for years. He works in conjunction with my orthopedist to minimize the discomfort I feel pre and post surgery. His staff is very efficient as well as welcoming and kind making office visits almost a pleasure. The doctor himself has great playlists and is always frank about what he can and can’t do. I’d highly recommend Dr Moroz to those seeking relief from pain.

Doesnt like questions
Dr was very defensive and condescending. Very rushed and had zero desire to explain test results or answer questions. Contradicted himself with care options and never really listened. Went and got a second opinion and my new DR. was baffled that morozs' said he couldnt do anything for me and that he didnt know any surgeon that I was not a candidate for surgery. moroz said that I had to live with my condition. Just had a simple surgery and back to life with zero pain or problems. Bottom line. All moroz will do is prescribe therapy and push injections. So thankful I got a second opinion.
