I was referred by my PCP. I tried for weeks to get an appointment, but I could never get to the point of speaking to a live human being. The worst customer service. I thought I should let it go, but I also felt that Dr. Mintz and prospective patients should know that I had the worst time EVER of trying to schedule an appointment.

I urge you not to have any surgical procedure with Doctor Leah E. Mintz. I had septoplasty done with her. She assured me the appearance of my nose would not change. This was for medical purposes only. She did something to my nose and my nose tip is huge and shorter and bulbous and I feel so ugly. She admitted there was a difference in my nose but did nothing to fix it. She made me feel so dumb and I have to live with her mistakes on my face. The office is terrible. So much regret.

I am so grateful for Dr. Mintz's skill and manner during my neck tumor process and her surgical skill removing it left me feeling healthy and with barely a scar. I liked her physician's bedside manner and calm, intelligent demeanor. I don't think I could have had a better physician working on me and helping ensure I had proper and functioning use of my nervous system which was threatened. I appreciate her work from beginning from office visits, to operating room, and the follow ups.

Spent 3 minutes with my daughter on first visit after we waited for a half-hour. Schedules patients every 15 minutes. Wish I could give her 0 stars.
