I have now seen Dr. Slama several times. He is what I describe as an old fashioned doctor. And by that I mean a doctor who truly cares about you, takes his time, makes certain to ask all the questions, and does not treat you like a cookie cutter patient. He is WONDERFUL! The first time I saw him I had been struggling with a cough that simply would not go away. I had an amazing primary at that time, but he was unable to help me resolve an ongoing persistent problem. Dr Slama did. I only wish I had a primary doctor that was half as good as he is! I highly recommend him! And the medical & office staff were great as well, they handled my scatterbrain late arrival at my last visit (during our pandemic) with kind understanding. They also made me feel that their office was a safe place to be.

Personable, professional, great "bedside manner." Takes time to actively listen. Studies History, asks pertinent questions. Discusses findings. Extremely knowledgeable. Doesn't rush through appointment. Feel like I've come to the right doctor!
