New patient, was not as attentive as I had anticipated. Didn't feel he listened to my concerns. Was more interested in making useless small talk and not staying on track with my concerns. After explaining my issue, he prescribed medication that I explained I had been on for yrs and didn't work. Didn't realize it until I picked up script at pharmacy and was highly upset when I noticed and paid for meds that were ineffective and explained that they were not helping me.
