Waited 5 weeks for this office to get records transferred from another office. I needed a referral to a specialist. Called twice in this time to check. Every time a different excuse why. I called my old office, they hadnt heard anything. Gave their specific names and they would send it personally. I then called Cox office this info and they were extremely defensive and unbelievably hateful. Said, if I did not like the way they did things I could gladly find another doctor and hung up on me! This is a very poorly run office! If you can get past the "Romper Room" of a front office, the doctor was ok! It is very sad that they are not more careful about who they hire to represent this Dr office. They deal with people's health and this office does not do their job or follow up with you on important matters. When questioning them about something that you've Patiently waited on for over a month and a half, they were EXTREMELY rude! Done with this incompetence!! Finding another doc!!!

Dr. Cox has been our primary care physician for years. She and her staff have always been caring professionals. My family has always been able to get an appointment when needed. One of my favorite things (and there are several) I like is that any time we have tests done, Dr, Cox or a staff member will call a.s.a.p with the test results. Also Dr. Cox always answers any questions I may have very clearly and she will make sure that I understand her answers.
