Rude and nasty
Do not believe her positive google reviews. This doctor appears to be kind and caring towards her patients but it’s all a front. She is horribly rude and condescending. I’ve left her office and televisits crying. I refuse to continue to see a doctor who makes me cry especially when dealing with a slew of health issues. Don’t become a doctor if you can’t speak to others with dignity. There are many amazing doctors in area, check her off the list. (Post visit you’ll receive a text to review on google if you had a positive experience, yet call if you had a negative one.)

The administrative staff / Dr. Schwartz did not submit the correct documents to my insurance several times over the course of 4+ months so was unable to get Rx approved for Crohn’s disease. Had to change practices to get proper care after unsuccessfully trying to contact the office and doctor weekly for 4 months. Even contact with third party pharmacy was unsuccessful and they apologized for errors on both their and the doctor’s end and recommended changing doctors.

I have been a patient with Dr. Schwartz for a few years. Today I found out she dropped me as a patient for missing my appointment. The reason for missing my appointment was due to being in the Emergency Room for the reasons I see Dr.Schwartz. I’ve had a persistent problem and thought I had a good relationship with a dr who knows my medical history. I only go to the hospital she’s affiliated with when I’m sick and have tried to be a loyal patient. She dropped me when I tried to reschedule and when I needed help and a doctor the most. I called and said it was an emergency and they refused to help me saying ”no call no show, we are dropping you as a patient from this practice“, no warning and after years. This has left me very hurt and angry. I feel like she’s abandoning me as a patient when I needed her most. I called the office and requested the Dr give me a call back to better understand the situation to which they said she would call me. She never did. I DO NOT recommend Dr.Schwartz as

Dr. Schwartz is incredibly kind, patient, thorough and bright. She treats you like an individual and not "Patient #3476 with X condition." She's thoughtful and honest..and always has the patients best interest in mind. She takes her time to listen to your symptoms and issues and explains things to you in clear, simple terms.
