Dr. Lauren Baker, DO

I felt that Dr. Baker was very informed and intelligent throughout my pregnancy. She was always knowledgeable when I had a question. However, I consistently felt that she could have more empathy and connection. If you're looking for a doctor who can give you hard and fast, no-nonsense facts, she may be for you. If you're looking for a doctor who takes their time and you someone who makes you feel like they genuinely care about you, you might want to keep searching. She got the job done and I delivered a healthy baby, but I'll probably go with someone else for my next child.

My first time going to this doctor for my annual exam. During the appointment, I felt that she was informative and took her time explaining quite a bit - even more than what was necessary. However, once I received my bill, I better understood why. I was actually charged for TWO appointments without my consent. If I was told that I would be charged for 2 visits, I would not have engaged in the conversation that took place. I received nice-sized bill for an annual visit. I contacted OSU billing and the doctor directly but they felt they billed me appropriately. I completely disagree. Not right to be billed for something I did not agree to. Open communication from the doctor would have prevented this.
