Saved my life!
I was referred to Dr. B by a friend when I unexpectedly found out I was pregnant. I had previously experienced very bad, very traumatizing care from two other networks for high-risk pregnancies which ended in losses, so changing networks yet again was nerve wracking. Pick a high-risk complication - I had it. Along with maternal fetal medicine, she and her colleagues helped me navigate every obstacle thrown at me, from start to finish. Her big save came after she delivered our miracle baby. Courtesy of my incredibly dysfunctional uterus and numerous adhesions, I was bleeding to death internally. Dr. B weighed her options and then pulled the trigger on taking me back into the OR. It took her brains and courage, 6 units of blood, two units of plasma, and a lot of will power to get through two major surgeries like that. No matter who delivered the baby, I would have had major bleeding, but SHE caught it and intervened. She's the reason I am holding a beautiful baby girl. She's my hero.

We did not discuss anything about possible treatment options or even what could be causing the issue that I have. We did a swab test and the doctor said we would discuss further once the tests came back, then the tests came back and I received no communication from the office until I reached out again. [...]

Horrible physician
Had a uti, the office took a specimen for a culture. She was the Dr. on call, I had to beg for an antibiotic because I was in so much pain and after three days of this I still had no culture and no antibiotic. Finally a nurse had her prescribe an antibiotic, I contacted the office again and told them the antibiotic was not working and the pain was a 10, she told me nothing I could do and was very rude and told me go to the ER then I can’t help you. My husband called her a hour later and she said I would be fine by that evening. I was not and that is what I ended up doing after almost passing out from the pain. They had to give me IV antibiotics and fluid. This tells me I was on the wrong antibiotics. She is not my physician at this practice and I will NEVER speak to her ever again. She is dismissive, rude and doesn’t care about patients or their concerns.

Dismissive, didn’t listen
I saw this doctor for a couple years. During that time, I had an IUD inserted. About a year later, I started having recurring yeast infections, recurring UTIs and BV. When I asked her if those could possibly be related to the IUD, more specifically the strings, she totally brushed me off, was dismissive of my concerns and refused to remove the IUD because in her mind, the “positives” outweighed the negatives. A few years later, and there are now studies that are linking an increased risk of recurring infections like yeast infections, UTIs and BV to having an IUD. Something about biofilms forming on the strings… hmm… I’ve never been to medical school a day in my life and I sussed the situation out better than she ever did.

Dismissive!!!
I was previously seen by TriHealth doctors and it was confirmed that I had a subcnrionic bleed that was getting larger - when switching to Christ the nurse I saw at my first visit told me I could discuss with dr a care plan which could potentially include bedrest because of the growth in my bleed. Also I have a hemorrhaging cyst on my left ovary that is causing me pain. Came in to appt today she was about to give me a pelvic exam so I asked why? I had one in December with TriHealth she said okay then asked if I had questions… like yea…. I def do. What’s the plan of care for my bleed she then goes on to say it’ll resolve ….. so I also ask about my cyst she said that it prob resolved and that it’s round ligament pain. At this point she tells me my insurance will be terminated in April and basically care would be out of pocket so I just leave with ni pushback because I’ll need a new physcian anyway. And oh, barely wanted to refill my nausea meds because “it’ll go away soon”. HA a joke.
