Past and future
I used to see Dr Feiner way back, took my sp. needs son to him for surgery and he ended up in hospital for over a week-not one check in from Dr. Feiner. After 12 yrs I was referred back to him for myself after having cancer for a biopsy to ro lymphoma and receptionist said she’d call back. Still waiting. I obviously don’t want to go there now- but really find that unprofessional. I work in medical and never worked for Dr that was like that.

My brother in law recommended Dr. Feiner, after sinus surgery. Well, the husband needed his done also. It was a great experience from the beginning to end. Everyone was nice and professional. Surgery went great. 2 years later I went, just needed balloon plasty and he was so good with me being a big baby. Highly recommend.

RUDE AND CONDESCENDING
I've had issues with my ears my whole life. My ear canals are very narrow and the wax hardens and does not drain. It causes a lot of pressure and I can't hear right. I checked in and sat down. I waited a little over half an hour. I always expect to wait, but after a half an hour, I start to get angry (my time is valuable too and I am paying you. I sometimes feel like you should be paying me). So, I go back to the exam room and Dr. Feiner comes in and sucks out the built up wax and relieved the pressure. He then goes to leave the room and I asked him to check my throat. He then threw up his arms and said.....I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS....I HAVE OTHER PATIENTS....WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOUR THROAT. Well, I was really taken aback. I didn't even know what to say. There was a million thoughts going through my mind but nothing would come out. I am your patient right now and I just waited over half an hour to see you! He said you have to make another appointment. I DID NOT MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT

Great Doctor
Dr Larry Feiner found my Thyroid Cancer back in August and September, 2006 and did 2 thyroid removal surgeries at Pottstown Hospital. As you can see I am still alive and had no issues since the surgery. I had Stage II cancer. I went to alot of different Dr's before him for years and it was horrible. He saved my life. I can never ever thank him and his great staff enough.

#1 Med Team
The staff was wonderful! So here’s one for ya, 7:15 am.Congress isn’t up at 7:15 am right? So 7:15 am,4th visit,6 months trying to figure out what is going on with my health. I begin entering into a room noticing a complete set of med tools with sterile settings placed perfectly on a counter. I look down the hall and see Mr Finer behind his desk it’s a good 30 feet away. I walk in the room say hello to the 2 nice assistants, and bam! Like Deeds butler there he is! Right there in the room. Doc Finer! Amazing lol Doc diagnosed my stage 4 cancer 5 yrs ago almost to the day and here I am once again depending on him. His heart is as big as a mountain. Now I can go back to work. I had no idea what I came home with from South Dakota and Wyoming April of last yr. Long and short of it people this guy is worth going to see. He gets things done. Just watch out for the one nurse Lynn(sarge) she scares me a little.

I have been with Pinnacle ENT for at least 10 yrs if not longer. Always went to Bryn Mawr office where I was taken care of, nose was always scoped and doctor only ever billed me for office visit. I have my EOB to prove it. Now, I decided to try the local Pinnacle ENT office in Pottstown(Dr.Feiner) with sinus issue. I got billed for an office visit and "Surgical procedure" to look up my nose. Told nothing wrong, received prescription for nasal spray, 5 minutes out door, and month later still have issue. His "surgery" cost me $200 out of pocket. An ENT doctor should look up your nose, but you should not be billed extra for a "surgical procedure" to do so. I was never billed in the past from this same group, but different location. I guess Dr Feiner is "special". Recommend going somewhere else where the doctor will spend time with you to fix your problem instead of line his pockets

Dr. Larry Feiner is the most intelligent, brilliant ENT physician and surgeon with an excellent “bedside manner” in the office as well his surgical suites. Dr. Feiner’s nursing staff, audiology staff, front desk and business staff are professional, knowledgeable and exude the same ethics of the calmness and expert assistance for every patient. Thank you to Dr. Feiner and all your staff.

I've had three surgeries from all different doctors. Dr Fiener looked at me and instantly knew what I was dealing with. This week I had my surgery and it's only day 5 and I've never had both sinuses as clear as they are now. Amazing considering I'm still recovering and swollen. Can't recommend him enough, this has been my best ENT Dr so far. Yes the office is busy, and now I know why. This guy is fantastic and knows his stuff. Don't suffer with snoring, feeling congested 24/7, go see Dr. Fiener

I never given a "bad" review, but this doctor is about money. Before he even looks at you, he has predetermined what is wrong, and he has been wrong with me twice. He shuffles the patients in and out without listening to them, which means he does not hear you and will misdiagnose you. A good doctor listens, and then does a thorough exam. Before you end up with something that is no longer fixable, put your healrh first and choose a doctor who cares.

never recommend Dr. Feiner, you are made to feel like cattle And not an important patient. no compassion from the staff, rudiest staff I’ve ever met. constantly reminded on how busy the office is and how appreciative you should feel to even have an appointment. If new issues arrive and you have questions, you are lectured on how you were just seen and rudely asked - what is the problem now. After paying over 300.00 for care and no better, I was referred to er. Scheduler is on a power trip.

I was referred because during a neck surgery they saw something and moved surgery locations. Finer indicated not an issue that I had extra thyroid gland and when a growth on the side appeared tested it incorrectly and refused to test center "xtra gland" after 3 frustrating years and multiple went to Penn. I walked in Penn & the Dr was staring at my neck & the "xtra gland" By that time it was late stage 3 thyroid cancer. RUN don't walk away if he thinks he is right he doesn't listen

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Feiner?
I would never recommend this doctor. I was referred to Dr. Feiner by my son's primary care physician to determine whether he would require cauterization for a reoccurring bloody nose. It is very obvious that this is a cash cow procedure for this office because there was no doubt Dr. Feiner had predetermined it was necessary. The procedure took less than 10 minutes; and while I am fully prepared to pay for a doctors expertise, a bill of almost $1,000 was outrageous for this procedure.
