The absolute worst office I have ever encountered. I know he has a great reputation as a physician, but the office makes it incredibly unpleasant to go to him. They do not answer the phone. They do not have an answering service that is competent. They do not have a patient portal. They do not have an email contact. After many complaints they do not make changes. The office is shabby and sloppy. It does not show respect for patients.

Dr. Rudolph has been my doctor for the last 25 years. He is an outstanding clinician, both knowledgeable and compassionate. He also has a great sense of humor--dry, but great. He takes ample time with his patients, which is rar these days. I dread the day he hangs up his stethoscope.

If they can NOT handle giving Standard Approved Medical Care THEN they have no business doing Medical Research on People! Run = RUN! BE CAREFUL! I have begun to feel as though these people sift through patients to find their 'Human Lab Rats' for Studies and nothing more! I saw a Doctor on the 10th August. They accepted me as patient THEN one month later after I have to fax letter in stating that I want Standard Medical Care and I dont want Studies = ONLY then do they call MY Care Coordinator to

This wonderful doctor is knowledgeable, caring and thorough. An old fashioned gentleman, his attention to my concerns was focused and made me feel comfortable. As a patient for a year and a half, I think he's a terrific member of the Albuquerque medical community.
