My family has been going to Lance since the early 80's. He has treated my dad, mom, aunt, two cousins and myself for decades. Over the years there have been a problem or two with staff, but as soon as it was mentioned to Lance, he set them straight and it did not happen again. But that will happen anytime you have employees or staff to deal with. He is very knowledgeable and fun to see. Always get a laugh out of him. HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing eye care.
