good but front desk not helpfull
Got my appointment today, and tried to check in on line, there is a bunch of question about patient pass illness, when click None the system keep taking me to the top to respond the same question.so I gave up! it did not let me to continue, I show up at my appointment and the admin lady first thing to say! you did not finish registration on line my surprised! could she help doing it? I explained my issue trying, okey she says lets try. did you bring your phone? okey we tried for a few minutes. I really thought she was gonna ask the questions and I would respond while she puts it on the system. NO! NO! she wants me to do it on my phone and she would just looked on the system if information goes in. I was showing her my phone and she new there was a problem, she calls the other receptionist to help me, which she did tried to guide me on my phone like I was not understanding. That ! was it! she could have done it for me but she did not have courtesy at all. I'll get other medical group.
