Both my husband and I have had both our eyes done. I had an issue with one of mine, which had nothing to do with the surgery but was my immune system reacting. Dr. Den Beste has given me consistent follow up care.

They take the time to explain why you need the procedure they are doing and don't prescribe anything that is not necessary. They are punctual on the appointment time.

Since Dec 2015 till May 2021 I had been a self pay customer. on the day they decided to do the procedure Jun 2nd 2021 the doctor was not aware I have medical insurance. They scheduled a procedure and told us they are not providers of the insurance I carry. However our PCP office verified and told us Dr. Kyle Den Beste's office were providers. We requested them to bill insurance. They reluctantly agreed but last minute less than 24 hours before the surgery they blamed the PCP for not turning in the paperwork and wanted to reschedule the surgery or we were told they can do the procedure tomorrow for self pay. Just to clarify called PCP office they had sent all the paperwork on June 2nd to Dr. Den Beste's office. they blamed PCP office for not sending the required paperwork and passively told if its self pay the surgery can be done as per schedule... when they already had the paperwork with them.

Kyle Den Beste ruined my vision by performing unwanted procedure. Stay away from this surgical factory.

His professional, kind, and confident manner assured me I was in good hands. Each treatment and follow up visits were dealt with in similar manner. I am very pleased with the result of the successful treatment I reviewed. The wait time was within 5 minutes and the entire staff is very pleasant, professional and helpful.
