Poor communication, complete lack of follow up and a could care less attitude.

Dr. Trinca is an excellent surgeon. She is very thorough and has great bedside manner. Her friendly nature makes her very easy to communicate with. She addressed all my questions and took the time to ask me if I had any other concerns. She made sure I was taken care of through the whole process and I would recommend her to anyone that needs to see a general surgeon.

Dr. Trinca answered all of my questions and really listened to me. I have been a nurse for 30 years and I was very impressed with her knowledge, but also how much I felt that she cared. I never write reviews. But I would recommend her over and over!

Dr Trinca is an amazing surgeon. She cared for me and helped me through one the worst times in my life. She is very knowledgeable and honest. I am grateful that she was my surgeon. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great surgeon who cares

Dr. Trinca is incredibly knowledgeable. She takes time to answer all your questions and explains herself in a way that you can understand. Doing diagnosed with breast cancer is very overwhelming, but Dr Trinca will put you at ease. When facing surgery for breast cancer, you want a doctor with experience, access to the latest technology and someone who takes the time to make sure you are given every option available for your treatment. Dr. Trinca foots the bill! She is kind, caring and an expert in her surgical field. Don't hesitate to make an appointment with Dr. Trinca, you'll be glad you did!

Waiting since 4:30 am with blockage initially in much pain but it cleared up shortly after admission from ambulatory ER. I was passing gas and pressure went away. She comes in around 6pm and says what are you doing here if you feel great. Examins abdomen say we'll start with clear liquids but fails to mention she is planning a procedure at midnight. I am no Dr and expect the physician to be clear and open. Spending another night in the hospital when I do not think it is necessary not to mention means a higher bill to pain -when there is no longer pain, no nausea. I want to say I understand she is a surgeon and has surgeries but I am a patient too and deserve consideration. She does not even seem to be communicating with the nursing staff.

Dr Trinca should not perform biopsies on patients with implants if she isn’t knowledgeable on the matter. 8 months ago I had a biopsy on my left breast which never seemed to feel right. I just had to have reconstructive surgery because some of the blood supply to part of my muscle was cut off and said muscle died. Very unhappy. 8000$ fix!!!

My sister got there at 6:30 that's when she was supposed to she's just now getting in surgery at 4:00 p.m. do not go to this doctor!

Dr. Trinca is truly an amazing surgeon. I loved her from the first time I met her!I was unable to see a dermatologist for months to have skin cancers removed on both legs and she was able to do them both at one time in the office. I am disabled and have a hard time getting around on my own. She personally took me back to the waiting room to make sure I was comfortable! I felt like family.Due to my age and multiple medical problems my skin doesn't heal as well as others. At my post op appointment she prescribed medication to help with the healing process and even gave me special bandages to use. She continued to follow up personally with my daughter during office hours, after work ,and even on weekends. She really went above and beyond to make sure I was healing properly and comfortable. She has a wonderful personality and true compassion for her patients and their family.

Dr. Trinca's level of professionalism and attention to my specific medical needs are unmatched. She is both thorough and kind, and she detailed the intricacies of my procedure with endless patience. Dr. Trinca's bedside manor put me and my husband at ease instantly. We especially noticed the incredible way she interacts with the nurses, aides and office staff that make up her talented team. I highly recommend -without hesitation -Dr. Trinca to anyone in Jacksonville and the surrounding area.

Dr. Trinca was nothing but cruel and wicked to our family member who is very has fallen very ill. For starters, we waited over 30 hours for her to show up to give us an update about my mothers condition. When she finally did, she refused to communicate and was horrifically cruel during a very hard time. My mother is very sick and is on many heavy medications and her ability to comprehend medical information is not at its best. Because of this, I had asked Dr. Trinca to please give me a call when she spoke to my mother, as I knew she would not understand everything she was saying. Dr. Trinca refused to call or even listen to my questions and made it clear that unless my mother was completely incapacitated that she will not call me. The only reason why I couldn’t be there when Dr. Trinca came in was because I had waited 30 hours for her to show up and needed to go home to eat. She delivered the worst information a human being can get to my mother while she was all alone and had no compassion while doing so. I suggest that if you or a loved one is considering Dr. Trinca for care, that you reevaluate before doing so.

My experience with Dr. Trinca was excellent. I went into her office on a Wednesday for gallbladder pain, by Friday she was performing the surgery to remove my gallbladder. Dr. Trinca is friendly and has excellent bedside manner. She was very informative and comforting throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend her to others!!

Just received a pre surgery appointment with Dr Trinca, outstanding bed side manner, really made me comfortable about my upcoming surgery !

I highly recommend Dr. Trinca and the staff at NFS. I recently underwent bilateral inguinal hernia repair (robotic) and was at all times apprised of the risks and benefits associated there with. Dr. Trinca answered all my questions directly and in language I could easily comprehend. Her reassuring manner made the procedure less intimidating than it might otherwise have been. She understood and took into account my anxiety in undergoing the surgery. I am essentially back to normal routine after just 2 weeks.
