Dr. Kristen Kopski, MD

I used to see this doctor regularly for about a decade. She used to be enthusiastic and helpful, caring. However, in the past 2-3 years, I've noticed she seems bored and uninterested, so I've decided to change to a new PCP. I had to prompt her to talk about basics such as weight and cholesterol too...something you'd think you hear from a doctor without prompting. Its unfortunate. She's smart and knows her stuff, but I can't recommend her anymore.

I had a terrible visit with this doctor and never ever will I see her again. She rushed me and she came in the room with an agenda and didn’t treat my migraines at all only focused on my depression and anxiety I don’t even think she believed I was sick so I felt very uncared for and disrespected and pressured and forced to talk bout my mental health when I didn’t feel comfortable and still shoes not to share she does not respect her patients boundaries and has some of the worst bedside manners I have seen so this visit was a complete waste of my time and it’s unfortunate you are sick and try to get help and a doctor does nothing to try and help you makes you feel worse leaving verses coming in truly sad.

Went to Dr Kopski for a physical and to discuss issues surrounding mental health and migraine. She immediately dismissed my migraines as headaches, which I then had to argue with her over, since I have migraines severe enough that I miss work frequently. She proceeded with the physical, which was normal as expected. She then gave me a DSM-5 questionnaire for depression and anxiety and left. I have no idea if she even bothered to read the questionnaire, but she sure didn't leave any kind of opportunity for us to discuss it. I will not be seeing her again, nor would I recommend her to anyone who has chronic health issues.

Dr Kopski is a caring, smart, warm and extremely helpful doctor. She gave me lots of time, did not rush the appointment and I learned things about my health from her. I am so happy to have her as my primary physician.

Dr. Kopski was friendly, engaged and articulate. She gave me her opinion, described how she'd like to treat it. She explained the use of medications and the reasoning behind their use. She also told me what challenges I'd be dealing with during my recovery and offered suggestions to deal with them. I found her to be competent and caring.

She wouldn't answer my questions, and I left feeling like I was old, worthless, and incapable, and I have a few college degrees myself, and am a working full-time professional too.

One of the worst consults I have ever experienced. She was curt, arrogant, and downright unhelpful. She would NOT answer specific questions I had, and minimized my concerns. Terrible doctor.
