Dr. Hart seems like a knowledgeable and competent dentist. However, echoing the other poor reviews, his front office and dental staff are rude and unprofessional. I declined Valium but wanted laughing gas. When arriving for my daughters appointment, I discovered they can not give laughing gas unless you tell them in advance. This is new to me as my pediatric dentist requires children to have laughing gas for a general cavity. They told me if we did laughing gas, they may not have time to finish the root canal. I have never heard of a dentist offering to do half of a root canal or cavity?! We ended up rescheduling. Furthermore, they did not want to let me accompany my 12 year old daughter for a root canal. I had to insist that fact she is a minor and it's in my right to accompany her. They eventually let me go back so I could talk to the dentist about the laughing gas situation. I think he is one of those rare doctors who truly cares about your health. He is very conscientious, is knowledgeable, and pays attention.

Dr Hart has been my primary care physician for over twenty years. He is an excellent listener, extremely thorough, kind, and has great follow through. He demonstrates excellent care, and has a holistic approach. He remembers details I may have mentioned once, long ago. He never rushes through an exam, and I always feel I have his undivided attention. I have recommended him to friends, and to a person, they too, have been happy to have Dr Hart as a caregiver.
