As a person that has hasn't to be seen by multiple specialists for various medical issues, I am extremely disappointed in the care I received by Dr. Shah. She had no idea how to respond to various questions I had for her, and when explaining chronic pain, she downplayed my pain and said "no there is no pain" asked about help for insomnia and i recieved a breast exam in response to an answer to my question. Never going back to that office again.

Absolutely horrible medical practice. Impossible to get appointments, wait times avg an hour in the waiting room, followed by an hour plus waiting in the examination room. Doctor leaves patient waiting in exam room while she socializes with back to back drug reps and staff. Does not remember your medical history or read your chart from visit to visit. Focus is on booking your next appt as quickly as possible to get another co-pay. Office staff repeatedly messes up appointments and scripts.
