Dr. Gutteridge Jean-Charles, MD

I found this practice through my health insurance provider directory and chose it beause it was in a convenient location. Scheduling an appointment was easy enough. However, on the date and time of my appointment, I waited almost an hour to be seen. The wait time was significantly longer than any wait time I've had at any practice in recent years. The nurse practictioner was clear and professional, but that was the only real positive point in the experience. There was a LOT of post appointment messaging. Much too much. I rescheduled my followup using their website, but they called me to confirm the old appointment and also randomly scheduled a new one and called me about that, too. They would call multiple times. For the last appointment, they called me while I was at work, (I work in a call center), and I couldn't answer. So they called back. SEVEN TIMES. In a row. Needless to say, I canceled my appointment and will be looking for a new practice.

Takes forever to get anyone on the phone even longer to see the doctor when you arrive for a scheduled visit, average wait time is 1.5 hours with an appointment. When you do get someone on the phone they will schedule you for multiple visits for the purpose of "reviewing prescriptions". They will not send paperwork or respond to requests or messages from other providers unless you call in directly, in that case they will try to schedule you for another paid visit first. This is your typical, feel like a number, all about the money practice. The doctors are knowledgeable and helpful but dealing with their policies and yellow tape make this place unbearable.

Had an appointment to get results for some tests and waited nearly an hour to be seen. I had to leave without being seen to get back to work. Very disappointed as I don't believe it should have taken that long to see the doctor. Minimum wait times is between 30 mins and 2.5 hours. Just doesn't seem acceptable. More time is spent in the lobby than with the doctor or nurse practitioner and the interaction seems rushed. I'm more inclined to go see another physician.

Doctor was friendly and down to earth. Good bed side manners.

I am blessed and grateful to have found Dr Jean-Charles as my mother's PCP. He has been extremely helpful not only in terms of managing her multiple and very complex conditions but he also made sure that I was knowledgeable about them. The staff is very friendly especially Dr Anne. She always make sure that our every needs are met. The only recommendation I would make would be to reduce the wait time. But I can understand why I have to wait so long because he is a very popular Dr. Thank you again Dr Jean-Charles for treating us like family!

He is my physician for years and today i cant resist to pour my heart in online review. Dr. Jean charles is a blessing for poor community and he has an amazing and up to date medical knowledge. He hired a new staff and all of them super professional. I used to wait 15 minutes in this office but from last couple of visits wait time is not even 5 minutes. I am coming to this office after a long time because of some serious health issue. I am surprised to see office is changed now is so beautiful and clean. They triage me in room with no wait time.
