Dr. Kiran Joshi, MD

Compassion, professionalism in depth knowledge, pinpointed diagnosis are few of many amazing traits Dr Joshi has. When I went to doctor Joshi for the first time I was under excruciating pain, nothing like I have felt ever before and a report with extremely scary first hand diagnosis. DR joshi spent around 2 hours with me did a small procedure and her compassion all through that time was unthinkable. Her staff was standing by my side getting water for me briefly holding my hand. The whole atmosphere was filled with empathy and compassion. She fixed my problem and took great care of me during my pregnancy and i had a swift c section and recovery.

Big shout out to Dr Kiran Joshi. Very professional, knows her stuff and makes me feel heard. Took time to hear my concerns and all I have to say. Real gem.

Krian Joshi is THE BEST !!!! Did my C Section in June. Very kind, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. She did an amazing job with my surgery. staff is friendly and helpful. It amazes me when I see any 1 star or bad reviews about Dr. Joshi and her staff. Our experience was totally the opposite. Dr. Joshi is a very experienced OBGYN with amazing bedside manners. She provided all the information throughout the entire pregnancy without confusing us and without information overload as oppose to other doctors who think a normal person can understand all the tedious medical terms. She was always responsive to our emergencies after office hours (one time even at 4 AM). She

Office staff is sub-standard. Wait time can be as long as 1 hour past the scheduled appointment. In case you plan on reaching out to them on phone, good luck! The answering machine conveys a message to call the office back during normal office hours, despite calling during the normal office hours. Location of the office is convenient but the office space is shabby - needs significant improvement in maintaining office space as well as the staff.

Doctor is ok, but horrible, rude staff. I changed my doctor in the 2nd trimester because the staff's rudeness just gets worse day by day. The doctor is ok, the assistant doc is really nice and polite but the front staff (specifically one of them) is utter rude, disrespectful and outrageously irritating. Every time I call or visit the front office at this place, I feel annoyed, depressed. Hope I would have seen these reviews earlier. Doc should take responsibility & resolve this issue.
