Shockingly bad diagnostics and bedside manner
Horrible bedside manner. As other reviewers have said "rushed" I'll say that doesn't even come close to how little time Dr. Wagner invests into working with patients. Doesn't bother to ask, "how are you feeling" even with a NEW patient!? One would assume a neurologist would be patient when they ask a person to demonstrate a motor skill or respond to questions THEY ask a patient Nope. Dr. Wagner is far too busy for that courtesy. Cuts people off when the speak, clearly doesn't care what the answer might have been, because she's not listening anyway. When you ask a patient, particularly an elderly patient to demonstrate a motor skill or speak and respond please have a little patience. If 30 second appointments even 16 months is what you need... look no further. However, if you want to work with a physician who will be your partner in care, look elsewhere. Legitimately worse than the DMV. At least they say "hello, how are you?". I hope you can find someone else if you need neurological ca

Not A Good Listener
I came to Dr. Wagner because I was having speech and equilibrium problems as well as headaches and a diagnosed intracranial pressure on my optic nerve in the left eye. I found Dr. Wagner to stereotype instead of listening. She was quick to attribute my problem to being older. She was not listening to my symptoms, just chalking it up to old age. She finally suggested an MRI and and I suggested an MRV as well. Then when the reports were available on the portal, I was not able to pull them up. Instead of emailing the reports to me, they just said they didn't know why I couldn't pull them up when everyone else could. What? Very unprofessional. Did not send the reports to me. Still working on that.

Neglectful
I’ve felt nothing but neglect from this provider. I’m an ms patient and at times the symptoms are severe. As I write this I’m experiencing what I believe to be a flare up, I explained this to her and how I’ve been experiencing this new symptom for a month and it’s only getting worse. It’s only her calls, she doesn’t hear me out, is impatient, and gets audibly frustrated when I ask questions. She tells me “3-6 months for an mri” to which I respond, “that’s a big window, what month are we actually going to do this mri?”. She scoffs and throws a “3” at me before ending the call. Disrespectful and incredibly unprofessional, I pray there is no prejudices there. Find another neuro, I’m fed up.

Misdiagnosed Disease
Unfortunately, Dr Wagner misdiagnosed a very serious - yet ‘easy diagnosis’ - as stated by another doctor. The near-fatal mistake on Dr. Wagner’s part resulted in lifelong complications - all avoidable had she merely listened to the patient. ****For current patients of Dr. Wagner - get another doctor’s opinion to ensure your current diagnosis and treatment plan are correct. If new symptoms arise, they should not be dismissed or brushed off as part of your current condition without also getting another doctor’s opinion.****

Dr. Wagner is an amazing physician. Even with the fact that my condition can mimic many other conditions, she always seems to get to the bottom of things. I have medical experience myself, but unfortunately have had health issues most of my life. Having the perspective of both a patient, and a healthcare provider has opened my eyes to the flaws in the system. I can say truthfully Dr. Wagner and the CSNA team operate at a level I believe should be the should be the industry standard. Charles W.

Dr. Wagner is extremely caring and compassionate. Her knowledge and background makes her one of the best physicians I’ve seen. She is always on time and I hardly ever wait more than 10minutes to be seen! I’ve suffered from migraines my whole life but, with Dr Wagner’s help, I’ve found some relief!

Do not take your child to this physician. She doesn't listen to what a patient is saying. She spends 5 minutes or less in the office. Not a very caring, compassionate, understanding doctor. It's all about money.... What happened to working for the patient?! If I had the choice, I would not rate this at all.

Dr Wagner has helped me not only with my migraine headaches but also with other medical issues, she listens and really cares, which is wonderful for me since I have been struggling to find a good doctor. She is a true professional but I feel like I am talking to my best friend when I am there. She is kind, smart, and very concerned for my health. She does not treat me like the "next patient", she treats me like a friend. I appreciate her caring, I appreciate her knowledge, I appreciate her!!

I have been treating with Dr. Wagner for some time. She has been treating me for a rare neurological condition. I had tried everything before seeing Dr. Wagner. She always listens intently and cares deeply about my chronic pain issues; so much so that she is willing to try anything, within reason in her attempts to help control my pain. I Never write these reviews but I feel so strongly about the errors of previous review that I had to say something. Her job is difficult, but she does it well.

I had a non-specific event that was difficult to diagnose. Dr. Wagner was not only very diligent in searching for clues and remedies, but did so with a personal touch all too lacking in today's "Medicine, Inc." world. She took the time to talk with my husband and me about my condition, but also demonstrated a deep personal caring for my well-being. She also called to have a personal conversation to review test results and diagnoses, an unusual level of care that is much appreciated and so rare.
