I sat down and one minute later my name was called! I went right in for pre-visit intake stuff: WEIGHT, PULSE, TEMP, etc. Then I was taken to an exam room and less than 5 min later Dr. Patterson arrived. I love my visits with her. She's so reassuring, not an alarmist, doesn't BUG me about some things I've put off while i'm doing some of my own research, but gently reminds me they're still outstanding. She listened to my concerns and I felt the exam after that was comprehensive. She explained what was likely the issue, gave me some recommendations for follow up with Kaiser Hearing Department. I'm answer that my likelihood of recommending Kaiser to others is 10 because I have already BEEN recommended it fiercely for the past 20 plus years!
