Exceptional Service Given To Me
I saw Dr Peters for a couple of issues and he took the time to listen to my rather lengthy descriptions of what was going on - showed extreme professionalism and care and he is really easy to talk to. I am feeling very confident in his diagnosis and am thankful to have him as my primary physician. The medications that were prescribed were sent to my pharmacy before I even left the parking lot (I received a text message). I highly recommend him.

Staff is incredibly incompetent
I was in West Maui for the fires and we were incredibly close to being incinerated by the Lahaina fire. We were lucky to escape the fire but were separated from our hotel and my medicines and CPAP. We called the doctor’s office to get me a temporary prescription for my blood pressure which was dangerously high due to the stress and inability to sleep w/o my CPAP. We explained our situation that we were in Maui and separated from our hotel and my medications and they incredibly asked why I didn’t order more medication before I left. We stressed the urgency and they said they would try to get a refill ordered in 48 to 96 hours! We again explained the urgency and situation and the person asked if we wanted filled at our regular pharmacy? Oblivious to what we said and my situation. They finally said they would get it to the doctor that day. 24 hours later no prescription. Called back. Same routine ignorance. Kept calling for hours no answer or returned calls. Called Teladoc. Done.
