Annual physical
1 + hrs. late while I was sitting in exam room disrobed. Spent less than 15 minutes; talked about how ready I was in case of my death (I don't have any health problems); did not examine me; had me disrobe but for no reason; could not/would not recommend specific specialist for knee problems (referred me to a 'group'). Previously did not easily have specific recommendations for counselor, finally gave me a name, went to see that person, very poor fit for me. Still looking for a mental health counselor. Dr. Babb not receptive to listening to my needs, concerns. Dr. Babb not helpful, uncaring, disrespectful, not trustworthy. Staff did not direct me to lab for blood work, I had to call back to get some locations. Staff indifferent. Have to find new GP.

Dr. Babb is an exceptional physician. She is kind, caring, compassionate, a great listener, and thinks outside the box. She takes the time to listen to & hear her patients, which is not a common occurrence at most physician visits.

Although I was left waiting in the exam room, in a johnny, for almost 1/2 hour, I would still recommend Dr. Babb. She spent a lot of time with me and was very thorough. Very knowledgeable about meds, interactions, and side effects. Dr. Babb expressed a true interest in me, her patient. I felt like she cared about my well being. Maybe the office staff took me into the exam room a little early.

Dr. Babb does not know what confidentuality is she had called my house phone when I said to call cell phone for a call that was personal information. She had a staff member leave a message on my house phone and a family member heard it. she also talks to you and makes you feel uncomftorable. She keeps taking the same test every visit when you dont need it at all and its a waste of money when you know the answer. She does not respond back when you call either. Extremely Unprofessional.
