Misdiagnosis
Told my wife with pulsatile tinnitus that she just pulled a muscle and should see a chiropractor and gave her steroids. 2 ER visits and a lumbar puncture later she’s now in recovery because her intracranial pressure was over double what it should have been. The fact that an ENT specialist can’t determine that pulsatile tinnitus could be from IIH is insane. Both optic nerves swollen, unable to get up without headaches post LP. Steroids are also contraindicated in IIH. Go back to school and learn more about your career before you lead anyone else astray. Would give a 0 out of 5 if it would let me.

I would recommend Dr. Hsu for anyone who needs to be seen by an ENT specialist. He's personable, informative, and takes time with his patients to address concerns and explain causes to your condition. After suffering throat discomfort for over a year, he was able to diagnose me quickly and provide a solution. He was also nice enough to let me know that I could contact his office with any future concerns, and visit again without having to seek another referral. He really cares about patients!
