This Dr turned his back on me when I needed him the most. Almost got committed asked for an emergancy appointment. Then they tried to blame me and my insurance. I have been seeing them with the same insurance since may. In November all of a sudden they don’t take it. Then basically cut me off without a care in the world I was have a breakdown. Told me to find a more qualified therapist to deal with MY problems exactly because you can’t handle anything but giving out meds. And both secretaries are completely useless, rude inconsiderate, And none of them should be working in the field of psychology. If one a patient needs them the most they all turned their backs because they didn’t wanna handle it. So my opinion is not to waste your time and to just go find a doctor that’s gonna go ahead and have time for you when you need it. He only has time for you when you say oh yeah everything’s fine and he can just rewrite your prescription.

Doctor Negligence
I find it highly disrespectful and incompetent that Dr Brock wrongfully dosed my wife with medication that could have been life threatening if not attended to. Not only that but he disregarding the situation by saying it wasn’t his fault and his disrespect has left us speechless. I’m upset that while I attend to military mission I have to also worry about my wife receiving inadequate care due to his negligence. This situation is outrageously frustrating.

Never even got to see this dude.
Had a appt, called to cancel and reschedule but no one ever answers the phone. Finally got ahold of them 4 days later and I was told they can’t reschedule and sent the authorization back to the VA. HEY VETERANS, DONT GO HERE. Hey TriWest, stop recommending them.

I saw Dr. Kenneth Brock about 3 visits. One of them he straight up told me, after i poured my heart out to him about what I’ve been experiencing and i let my guard down, that “i don’t sound depressed”, so therefor I’m just not (although I’ve had 3 mental health professionals before him say otherwise). The one thing he did agree on with me is my severe social anxiety, of witch he prescribed me something for that actually worked. I was never able to find something that worked for me until this prescription that i take as needed. He gave me 1 bottle with 1 refill, that i originally got 10/15. I just called the pharmacy tonight (after he refused to see me for a follow up because “he doesn’t know what to do with me anymore”) and was told he cancelled the only refill i had on this bottle. I told him no other psychiatrists are available until April, and he agreed to just leave me with nothing until then. I can tell you, he does not care about his patients. You don’t just abandon a patient.

Dr Brock has been my wifes medication Dr for her bipolar illness for many years. He has gone above and beyond to help. As with bipolar every couple of years med need to be changed to adapt to the patient. He has worked tirelessly and even called on a Sunday to check on her. As a spouse I never felt left out of the equation. He discussed things as much with me as he did her. I am truly thankful for this and have nothing but the highest respect and confidence in him.

He really cares about his patients and understands their issues and helps them to get better. He doesn’t believe in hiding behind medication to solve your problems, because medication is just a mask and should only be used for a short period of time in most situations!
