Dr. Alisa Cross, MD

Life has changed dramatically since my first visit with Dr. Cross. She is such a soft spoken LADY that really listened and cared about what I was going through. My calls or text are always answered very quickly from either her or her PA. I’m 49 and will starting nursing school soon something I have always wanted to do and without the treatment I have received I don’t believe it would have been possible.

Where do I start? Perhaps with the fact that despite rising covid cases, this provider is unwilling to do telehealth visits with established patients because it’s “not her preference”. Or, a completely unprofessional desk staff who don’t return calls for literal weeks and then act as if patients are lucky to have heard from them. Or better yet, the extremely long wait when you have in clinic visits. Best of all, a giant 100 Lb dog (not therapy animal) easy to shed all over you at appointments. It’s all slot just to get some Med refills.
