He should be prescribed a daily chin check until his pompous attitude is cured.His staff are rude & have no clue on conducting DOT screening.sn He does not follow MRO protocol & when asked for split screen to be tested he refused . I believe because there was no split sample to test. He should be investigated & barred from the medical field..

Do not go to this person !!!
Staff were rude & he is just as bad. In my opinion you'd receive better care from a monkey with a stethoscope than this medical disaster !!!

Dr. Nelson is the best. Takes time with you and asks and answers questions and explains. Analyzing and comes to accurate diagnoses. A doctor you feel comfortable with and trust. Glad I'm his patient.

Dr Nelson is very caring and thorough with his treatment. He has a good network of specialists to which he will recommend care if he see the need. I have learned over the years to trust his judgement and follow his guidance.

Dr. Nelson has been my PCP for years. He is trustworthy and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

Dr Nelson is my family doctor and has been for several years. My wife and I both go to him and are very happy with the treatment he has given us. In addition, Dr. Kelley treats us as people first and patients next. He is good at getting us in to see him quickly and all the treatment so far has been excellent. I would be very comfortable referring new patients to him
