Dr Shah was extremely attentive to my problem. Answered my questions of do’s and don’t. She explained the next step and made suggestions that that were right for me. Am looking forward to her expertise.

90 MINUTE WAIT
The wait was 105 minutes if you include the 15 minutes I was required to arrive early. At no time was I ever informed or updated regarding a delay. Absolutely unacceptable.

Very kind
This was a follow up after having a pain injection in May. Dr. Shah took her time, asking questions about my pain level, etc. She seemed genuinely interested in how I am doing. She’s thorough and kind.

Did nothing
I sought help from Dr Shah for serious injuries to my neck and later, my shoulder. It took forever to actually see her, and then she did nothing. All I can say is that simply enduring pain as a strategy makes for a poor quality of life.
