Dr. Silva gave me a “buffet” of choices for pain management so I could be actively involved in the treatment plan.As a health care provider myself, I was impressed with his genuine interest in helping me.He also offered me advice regarding an issue unrelated to my pain management.His communication at my initial visit, during my procedure, and follow up was exceptional and he is a superb clinician genuinely interested in helping his patients become pain free.Recommend without reservation!!

Dr. Silva and his team communicated very well with me in all the options that were available to me to help alleviate my back pain. They made me feel very comfortable and when I chose to have an injection Dr. Silva explained every step of the process as it was happening. A very positive experience.

Dr Silva relieved years of pain, at least for now, with a single well placed, relatively painless, spinal injection. Beforehand he took the time to thourghly explain the procedure and what to expect. Couldn't be happier with him and the Pain Center. Highly recommend.

I saw Dr.Silva about back pain that was radiating down my leg. After an MRI and an Xray, Dr. Silva diagnosed a synovial cyst. At that first appointment, he explained very clearly and thoroughly what that was and what were the options for dealing with that kind of cyst. I chose to have a procedure of his aspirating the cyst and injecting a steroid for pain relief. The procedure was a total success, with the pain gone immediately. At the follow up appointment, we talked about the possibility of the cyst returning. He was totally honest in his answer that there is no way to know with any certainly if it would return. I very much appreciated his honesty. I highly recommend Dr. Silva.

After being diagnosed with a small bulge in my disc, I opted for a steroid injection. Dr. Silva presented other options, which I tried without any relief. Was having pain in my hips and difficulty with stairs and sleeping. Procedure was done in the office in less than an hour. Drove myself home and started to feel relief from pain pretty quickly. Went back for 2 week check-up and still feeling much better. Hopefully it will continue to work for months to come! Was very happy with Dr. Silva. I could not be happier. After a set of epidural steroid injections I am 90% better. I am able to walk, shop, cook etc without pain. Absolutely life changing for me! Dr. Silva is a highly competent, kind and caring provider. Do not hesitate.
