Would not reccomend
I would not recommend Dr. Raj. Unfortunately, my experience with her was very disappointing—she came across as arrogant and lacked compassion in her interactions. While the clinic carries the Stanford name, it does not uphold the level of care one might expect from such an affiliation. It seems this has allowed for less qualified physicians to practice here, which is very concerning. I would suggest seeking care elsewhere for a better patient experience.

Excellent and caring physician and oncologist
I’ve accompanied my dearest girlfriend to many a visit with this fine doctor. And while it is true, we often wait, we also know she is with another patient and going to give that patient what they need, as sure as she will provide same to my friend. Through. Listens. Thoughtful. Caring. I could go on and on. She is a total rock star in my book and I have been working and collaborating with physicians and researchers for decades.

I had a kidney issue which caused me to lose a lot of blood and Dr. Raj was called in to look at low iron and red blood cells that I was showing. During a follow up visit after my hospital stay the Dr. discussed a bunch of tests that we should run. My wife and I were there and we asked about the tests and said we were worried that they could be expensive. We were told no problem. We had to deal with $590 after 9 months of trying to resolve. Never received an answer why test was ordered.
