Dr. Ignacio considers all factors, will suggest personalized care based on your needs and personal values, and is incredibly knowledgeable and current. She doesn't sugar-coat things which I appreciate. I trust her guidance and she will communicate to whatever degree is required in the given situation. She cares for me and my four grown children and we all feel confident in her guidance for a wide variety of issues over the years.

I came to see her yesterday and I felt like she just looked at my history and assumed certain things rather than addressing the problem. I don't appreciate her assuming that I need to exercise or hang out with friends. She said that it is my heart that hurts. I basically took time out of my work and wasted that time. I should have waited to see my primary doctor who everyone loves and was fully booked for 3 months. She does lack empathy like the other review. For a doctor, she really sucks at caring about her patients. She works for Sharp which is based on patient care. Maybe she needs more training on how to better care for her patients.

She seems nice enough upon first meeting but she is actually rude, patronizing, and demeaning. She does not have empathy and should not be a primary care doctor. If you want to feel like your doctor cares about you and you want to feel comfortable with your doctor, this is not the woman for you.
