Dr. Kathleen Eubanks-Meng, DO

We went to Dr. Eubanks Meng for probably 7 years while living in Lee's Summit and Raytown. We found out at the end of the year that she didn't renew her agreement with Tricare so now she doesn't accept Tricare patience. No phone call, no emails, no mail. Just goodbye. That is a slam to the military community that are probably retired and need medical care. We use Tricare because we earned that benefit when we retired from the military. So now we can't find a doctor in the immediate area after we have been with her all of this time. Thanks

Good listener. Very thorough. Personable.

I've been seeing dr Eubanks-meng for over 10 years. I have several complicated issues that needs to be managed. She listens and understands my concerns. She is always willing to discuss my health concerns. Sometimes there is a wait but considering the work she does, it's not too long to wait.

She is a doctor that listens and has a discussion about why you're there. They are very thorough.

She is a very good listener and very compassionate. She keeps digging until she finds a solution. I trust her completely!

I would not recommend her. She is very insecure. Offered my no help and dismissed me without cause.

I waited for an hour for a sick visit and she was in the room for less than 60 seconds. She didn’t do a physical exam and didn’t listen to my concerns. Barely touched my body with her stethoscope. I have never been less impressed by a health care experience in my entire life.

A caring, thinking, thorough doctor who snaps into action when situations call for it, but is easy to be around when all is well. No judgment. No fussing. Great sense if humor. Thinks outside the box and knows her stuff.

I went to another doctor at this practice for a couple of years until he left last fall. After he left I scheduled my next appointment that was due with Eubanks-Meng thinking it would be easier to stay within the practice instead of searching for a new doctor. I had my first appointment with Eubanks-Meng the first week of November 2020 and went through my history with her and expressed my goals for getting off of a medication that I thought was negativly affecting my mental health. Everything seemed to go fine. I then showed up for my follow up a month later and was told I was banned from the practice for "non-compliance" 3 days after my first appointment. They wouldn't tell me why or what I was "non-compliant" about and sent me on my way. I cried in the parking lot wondering what I should do and drove away. I ended up in and mental health urgent care 3 days before Christmas. The only reason this woman is a doctor is for money, period.

Like the doctor but not the clinic, I have always had to wait and they almost always mess up my appointments.

I had bad experiences with the doctor. I have always had to wait a long time in the waiting room and then a longer wait time in the exam room. When she finally comes in she will only spend five or ten minutes with me. She do not exam me at all just ask questions and request blood work.

Staff, nurses, entire clinic are wonderful

Dr. Eubanks-Meng is a caring physician. She has helped find some serious health issues thru testing and has recommended specialists, when needed. She is knowledgeable and thorough. She is busy, but takes the time to explain health issues.

Terrible experience. My family has been going to Kathleen Eubanks-Meng for almost 3 years and she dropped my entire family as patients with no logical explanation. This doctor when I was seeing her at first seemed to care. Then as time went on she started acting very different. She would come into the room and would say tests I did not even have done that day were coming back normal, and spending less and less time per visit. I have always had to wait a minimum of 30 minutes to see the doctor after being taken back to the room. The front staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. I like the doctor, but the clinic is poorly managed.
