Very unprofessional, lacks accountability
She failed to review my case and during our initial visit told me my pain could be explained by my symptoms and discussed surgery options and went ahead to move forward. 2 weeks later my symptoms worsen she denies stating she could help these symptoms and denied I brought them to the initial visit stating it’s just cosmetic. She wrote inaccurate notes during our sessions including adding things we NEVER spoke about. She never followed through with ANY care she said she would do over 2 months. I had to fight and do all the work to get referrals sent to other clinics who COULD help me with my very distressing symptoms. After bringing up my issues and stating I’d be transferring my care AFTER our scheduled tests I had waited over a month for she has her team cancel these tests 9 days after this message was sent 5 minutes before my scheduled time with attitude and no care. Extremely unprofessional and absolutely no accountability with this doctor.

She leaves you naked in room waiting.. Doesn't bother showing up to your appointment.. nor does she take ownership... Patients are for testing in purposes only.. ' lab rats'.

I was seen by Dr. Connell in November and asked to come back for a bladder study. I scheduled it for Jan/Feb and then the machine broke and the staff said they would call me to reschedule. Her staff actually told me not to call back, they would call me. No one ever called so I finally called in May and got an appt for June. Dr. Connell is sick today so now they are offering me July 25th. I am going to go somewhere else where they value my time and honor their word.

Should be ashamed. I went to her for help in trying to start a family and managing my symptoms. Not only did I wait a half hour past my appt time but she didn't have any of the 60 pages of records I had faxed over and called and confirmed she got before my appt. She did a minor exam and gave me no advice or guidance. I received a $700 bill for absolutely nothing. Worthless.
