Worst Doctor Experience I have ever had
I came to Dr. Arango when I got pregnant for the first time, she was always busy and trying to rush through my appointments which always left me with a ton of questions. I ended up switching OBGYN practices half way through after my list of complaints kept growing, the rush, the tests they ordered but requested the wrong things from, and the time when one of the nurses drew my blood and she collapsed a vein and then told me something along the lines of "I know I bruised you, don't call me tomorrow about it". Then at my current practice while doing my intake I became aware that Dr. Arango's practice had entered a bunch of my information incorrectly. They had reported conditions that I do not have, and even got things like my blood type/RH factor wrong which would have led me to have to do a bunch of extra tests. Now I have to battle my insurance company to correct my information and get those nonexistent conditions removed from my record.

It has been six months since I had a miscarriage of my twins, until now I have the strength and time to write about the bad experience I had with Dr. Arango. From the first appointment when I arrived to report that I had suffered an miscarriage, she was not empathetic at all, she gave me the options of medicine and D&C, I chose the medicine, but it did not work, so I called to report that I believed that the bleeding that I had had it was not enough, she made an appointment for an ultrasound and I told her again about the bleeding that I had with the medications, trying to find an explanation about what was happening in my body, she just said 'OK! OKAY! YOU ALREADY SAID THAT TO ME 'in a rude and arrogant way. She scheduled me for a D&C, it was quite an expensive surgery, with general anesthesia, (the anesthesiologist was not covered by my insurance and they never informed me), the worst thing is that I return to my control appointment two weeks later with the illusion that my nightmare

Both Anita in the front and Dr. Arango were very warm and welcoming! The office was very efficient and got me in at my appointment time. Dr. Arango made sure to tell me what she was doing and what to expect . She asked lots of questions and made sure to answer any questions I had. I felt very comfortable during my entire visit.

I came in for a Nexplanon removal and insertion. There was a resident doctor and Dr. Arango prison. They decided to remove my Nexplanon from its insertion site even though it had moved inches up my arm. They pushed and squeezed my arm for minutes trying to get it out. Next they attempted to put in the new Nexplanon. As she pushed it into my arm I screamed, I can feel everything! They continued, without any further medication. When I was finally able to remove the bandages, I saw that theyd pushed the Nexplanon that they were trying to remove, so hard that it had pierced a hole through my arm. So I had an incision and a much bigger hole where they had pushed a Nexplanon through my flesh; and said nothing about it to me- and my whole upper arm was deeply bruised, whereas with my first implant, I had a dot of a bruise at the incision site. Please save yourself the trauma and horror. Also my new nexplanon os so close to the skin it’s protruding out- the last one did not look like this.

Dr. Arango and her whole team were incredibly efficient and kind on my first visit into the Golden clinic. They were with me every step of the way and even went above and beyond when my body reacted negatively to a procedure. I am usually one to avoid doctors but Dr. Arango made it easy and comfortable for me. I will definitely be keeping her as my OBGYN and would suggest her to anyone looking for someone who is patient, kind, and helpful.
