Telehealth
I had been seeing Dr. Woodman for ongoing nerve pain in my back and neck. First time I saw her she was excellent. Second visit for EMG testing was an awful experience. Drove 6 hours to be informed that she is not in the office today but in surgery and the wondered why I was there. Who made appointment? She showed up later that day to do testing. Saw her again to get results of nerve testing and she put me on meds. Few months pass pain is returning. She wants to do mri of head and brain and a spinal tap. While I’m driving 6 hours to Houston with work taken off and hotel rooms made they call not sure test happening. 5 hours later MDAnderson calls back says it’s happening and I can just drive down in the morning so I will be rested for a 9 am appointment. . After I was done I went home. When I received results she explained what the findings were. I sent back message what do you recommend now? In her response eat well, get plenty of rest and exercise..nothing else

The meds she gives my daddy has destroyed him . She knew the stuff she had him on was wrong and she changed him off of what was working . She’s a terrible Dr and she should be exposed.

Diagnostic work up was good. Follow up care and ability to talk directly to the physician Was sub standard. Doctor Woodman referred me to a local who was entirely inadequate And by his own admission knew Nothing about my cancer And associated neuropathy. When I reached out to doctor Woodman for help And continued treatment she Would not help me In anyway. Extremely substandard care in follow up. Very frustrating.
