I was first treated by Jayme regarding Bell's palsy. She was quick to respond the first time, but did not provide informative explanations of any test results (she informed me via Telemedicine appointment that "the back part of my brain was dead which was normal'). I found her to be condescending during subsequent appointments. And although I have Medicare and supplemental insurance, her office is billing me directly for tests she requested and I've come to realize her and/or her billing department are not quite up-to-speed on coding and helping patients maneuver healthcare billing issues. I would not recommend Jayme.
